About Our Hairstylist Program

If you are looking to solely style hair in your career, our program can be the perfect choice for you. Did you know that the average program is typically 1600 hours long? When Arizona residents choose our program instead, they are able to complete the process in 1000 hours instead! Best of all, the applicant is only charged for 1000 hours, as opposed to the full 1600.

In our program, you can learn:

  • The latest cutting techniques for long hair, short hair, men’s hair, razor cuts and fades, face-framing, and more.
  • Color beautiful blondes, ravishing reds, and bodacious brunettes with foiling techniques and advanced color formulations.
  • Prepare yourself to work the runway or a photo shoot with editorial styling that includes blowouts, pin curls and finger waves, thermal curling, and flat ironing.
  • Refine your product knowledge so you know the perfect tool for a variety of situations.
  • Understand hair types, learn how to relax ethnic hair, and perform smooth-down treatments.
  • Master how to achieve the perfect curl with a perm.

We do our best to ensure our students have the tools and techniques to succeed in their careers, which is why a big part of our curriculum is hands-on experience. Our students have the opportunity to work with real-life clients, furthering their knowledge in the industry!

How Long Does It Take To Become A Hairstylist?

While the majority of programs require a time investment of at least 1600 hours, we are able to help our students complete the process within 1000 hours. With our help, students are able to graduate in as little as 7 months!

We also provide full-time and part-time schedules. We know our students have a busy life, and we want to accommodate the best we can! In most instances, a part-time student will still be able to complete the program within a year’s time. Any student who is looking to complete the program as quickly as possible and has a schedule that allows for it should be taking the full-time course load.
